The Amazon Pay Marketing team is seeking an experienced product marketing leader to drive the vision, content production, training, and enablement of Amazon Pay product marketing strategy, supporting Amazon Pay marketing goals and initiatives. This leader will shape and communicate our brand's narrative and our product's value, developing, executing, and measuring high-impact marketing and sales content that empowers marketing and sales teams to connect our offering to their customers' needs.
The Head of Product Marketing has a deep understanding of our product, priorities and business customers segments and needs, and can translate multiple inputs and data into a brand and product marketing content strategy and messaging framework that is cohesive globally and relevant regionally. They will develop new and compelling foundational marketing contents and assets that will be used by sales and marketing teams globally, enable teams to leverage these contents with tools and training, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing contents making data-driven decisions on how to evolve our messaging and content. The successful candidate is a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and navigating cross-functional stakeholders, with strong attention to detail, and who strives in a fast-paced environment.
This leader will manage a small team of product marketing managers and content specialists.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
