WHAT THIS CSR ROLE ENTAILS:This position offers a flexible full- or part-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
As our full- or part-time Customer Service Associate, your day will be a dynamic blend of connection and coordination. From the moment the phone rings, you're ready to provide top-notch service-scheduling calls, booking appointments, and dispatching technicians with precision and professionalism. You'll be the central hub between customers and our HVAC techs, keeping the day running smoothly and solving problems before they arise. Whether it's calming a concerned homeowner or ensuring a tech arrives on time, you're always three steps ahead and ready to bring the best experience to every customer.
What we need from you:- 1 year of CSR experience
- ServiceTitan experience
Having the ability to effectively answer phones and multitask is a plus!
