Maintenance Mechanic A - Selah Plant

Maintain equipment by using tools, techniques, knowledge, and ability in a timely manner. Improve processes. Satisfy customers. Understand basic electrical and welding methods. Troubleshoot to determine problems and make repairs. Learn new procedures and methods.

Education and/or Experience: One to two years' position related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to communicate in English. Computer Basic Knowledge and use. Must learn and use CMMS/ERP and Operating Systems Programs as required.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is/or could be required to: sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; climb or balance; talk or hear; taste or smell; reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is/or could be exposed to: extreme heat, moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, electrical shock, high precarious positions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, all weather conditions, vibrations, and loud noise. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Salary Range: $30.60 per hour. This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Salary increases are determined by promotional opportunities. Tree Top provides a weekly payroll. This position is eligible for annual safety incentive.
