POSITION OVERVIEW

Our Client is seeking a Scanning Associate to support a short-term digitization initiative. This role will assist in converting various media-such as paper, film, fiche, and books-into digital formats. The position is part of a focused project and may involve a variety of tasks throughout the digitization process.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scanning of various media (film, paper, fiche, books)
• Moving boxes of media to and from the scanning area
• Shredding and bagging completed paper projects
• Performing various other imaging tasks as needed including connectivity
• Communicating project status and escalations to management

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Nights and weekend shifts based on the needs of the business

• High school diploma or equivalent.
