Ross Stores - 128 North Fair Avenue - Responsibilities: Provide visible presence at Store entrances/exits to deter theft; Walk the sales floor to identify theft indicators and address potential theft as directed; Monitor for safety issues and maintain a safe and secure environment for associates and customers; Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimization of operational shortage; Train and educate associates on shortage reduction initiatives
